Four configurations of the same core.

Each is an extended feature set rather than a separate product. The qualified human in the loop differs by domain — chief, clinician, teacher — but the constraint does not.

Incident command · built and operational

Emergency management.

Built for a county emergency management authority to support real-time incident action planning under the National Incident Management System and associated federal frameworks.

NASA and FEMA data provide the topographic and resource baseline. All real-time operational activity is plotted on top of it — weather, incident boundary, projected growth, staging, and asset position.

What it does

  • Real-time flood prediction and hurricane-incursion modelling, plotted on the federal baseline
  • Incident action plan generation with objectives, perimeter guidance and resource requirements against availability
  • Resource logistics modelling assets as constrained objects — shift times, fuel, preventive maintenance, transport dependency, best-routing to deployment
  • Multi-tenancy with compartmentalized layer fusion, so agencies share an operating picture without sharing data
  • Field-portable deployment, independent of external connectivity

Fully functional today, and deliberately paused.

The platform works: prediction, planning and logistics are operational. We set it aside to concentrate on clinical work, which we judged more urgent. Current Sage has not yet been integrated into it.

Better Together · field testing

Clinician-led group therapy.

A licensed clinician leads every group of eight to ten participants and makes every clinical decision. The platform carries what surrounds the session — continuity between meetings, the record of what each member is working on, documentation and measurement.

The binding constraint in behavioural health is not demand. It is licensed clinician hours, and a significant share of those goes to documentation and to the follow-up that holds a group together between meetings. Moving that work off the clinician means the same staff can carry more groups without lengthening anyone's week.

That is the operating case, and it does not rest on any claim about outcomes.

Clinical validation is not complete.

Our Clinical Director, a licensed clinical social worker, holds sole authority over clinical claims, thresholds and safety governance, and has not signed off. Until she does we publish no results, and no outcome figure appears anywhere on this site.

STEP Education · built and operational

Curriculum as a deployable module.

Curriculum authored once becomes a module that can be sequenced to any group and adapted for each learner. The teacher directs; the system proposes pathways and reports what it observes.

The distinctive capability is locating the true source of difficulty. A student failing at fractions is usually not stuck on fractions — the gap sits one or two topics upstream, and drilling the visible failure does not reach it. The system walks the prerequisite chain backward to find where mastery actually stops.

Architecture is complete and functional. Limited curriculum has been authored to date; that has not been the priority.

Huddle · in production under licence

Conferencing and verified participation.

The secure conferencing layer beneath the other deployments. Multi-mode meetings, moderated breakout groups, verified attention and participation, and large-scale broadcast.

Huddle contains no artificial intelligence. Worldwide rights to the codebase were licensed to a multinational operator in 2022, and it remains in production use. Because that licence covers a platform with no AI in it, every agentic system built since sits outside its scope.
